Contact us
Whether you are organising a collection, contributing to one, or simply unsure about a link you have been sent, we are happy to help.
Email support
Email us at support@giftround.co.uk and include the teacher or class name if your question is about a specific collection, a contribution or a gift card.
Unsure about a collection link?
Collections are private and shared directly by an organiser. If you received a link and do not recognise the organiser, teacher, class or group, do not contribute — email us and we will look into it. There is more guidance on our page for parents and contributors.
